Seascape Metung Terms and Conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund of the deposit is given if cancellation received in writing not less than 60 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 60 days, the deposit is only refunded if the property can be re let for the same period. Guests are reponsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guest's actual arrival or departure date. In the event of a guest not occupying the property, they will be reponsible for the full tariff.

DAMAGE: Guests are reponsible for any damage arising from their stay. Guests hereby agree for any damage charges to be deducted from their credit card.

CHECK IN/OUT: Check in from 2.00pm. Check out is prior to 10.00am. Late check out is available by arrangement.

SMOKING: Strictly not permitted.

PETS: Dogs are the only pets permitted at Seascape Metung. Pets are permitted inside if toilet/house trained. Pets must not be left unattended inside. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding.
